Message	starch for ethanol, the protein is put back into the food chain as dried distiller's grains. The DDG is about a third of the volume of the corn, and is very good for growing cattle. We are basically burning high fructose corn sweetener as gas. This makes real sugar more likely to be used to sweeten your soft drinks. Oh the humanity.
